Saucepans to cook what?

EDITOR—I would like to inform MP John Otekat (Serere) that sh10m of taxpayers’ money should not be wasted on purchasing saucepans. This is a constituency development fund and should be used responsibly. There are more burning community problems which need to be addressed.

When I recently went home I realised that most boreholes in Serere need repair and the road to Kateta subcounty from Kyere is impassable. Most people eat once a day because they have no food. What are the saucepans for when there is almost nothing to cook?
