MTN Zone discounts keep changing

MTN Zone calls are charged per second. With MTN Zone, discounts keep changing and are applied off the per second rate of sh8 per second for MTN-to-MTN calls.
So for a customer to benefit from MTN Zone, they have to activate it first by typing *135*1#. MTN Zone does not apply to other tariff plans. There are no charges for activating or deactivating MTN Zone.
