Is Hornsleth still in Uganda?

On one of my evening walks in Jinja, i came upon a signpost reading: “Tropicana Hotel, Plot 47, Nile Crescentâ€. This signpost bears the infamous name, Hornsleth! In the background of the signpost are the national flag colours.
My concern is whether this is the property of Christian Hornsleth who was declared persona non grata by the government of Uganda. Is he still in the country? The government should investigate.
