When a customer purchases one of our flexicards, they are advised to gently scratch the card. Forcefully scratching the card with sharp items like keys may result in badly scratching the card and erasing a digit or two.
Once a customer experiences this, they are advised to visit any of our service centres countrywide with the badly scratched card and their account will be topped up with the value of the card.
We would also like to inform our customers that they can top up their accounts with electronic voucher recharge or pin-less top-up available at selected dealer locations.
