Dear Doctor,
When I have sex with my wife, my urine is dark yellow and at times I feel pain when urinating. When I don't have sex with her, the urine is ok. I went for testing and was told there was no problem. What is wrong?

All these lead to loss of water from the body (dehydration) and your body tries to limit water in urine by concentrating it. When you drink water, it should go back to normal.
It is good that you went for a check-up to confirm that there was no problem. Try to keep well-hydrated and see whether the urine stays dark. Pain while passing urine is a symptom that requires you to see a doctor.
You may have an infection of the urine-making organs.
