Daniela ran away when Isolda was sleeping. Maria Clara was in a cab which almost ran over Daniela as she crossed the road. Maria Clara stopped to talk to Daniela but she ran away.
Maria Clara couldn’t shake the feeling that the little girl was her daughter Teresita. As fate would have it, Daniela stopped to rest outside Carlos Raul’s house. When she saw Carlos Raul she immediately started calling him her father. Luna convinced him to keep her at his place until they find her parents.
Barbara came to the apartment and found Carlos Raul with Daniela and Erica. Barbara went ballistic when she had Daniela calling Carlos Raul father. Vilma later told Barbara that Daniela must be Teresita. Barbara went to Carlos Raul’s house when he was away and questioned the girl. She shook her so hard that she passed out. Barbara feared that she had killed her and ran away.
In the mean time, Inez confessed to Lisandro and Maria Clara that Barbara had paid her to give up Mariano. Maria Clara went to see Carlos Raul to tell him but instead she saw him kissing Erica. Lisandro confronted Barbara and when he threatened to tell Carlos Raul, Barbara took out a gun to stop him. The two fought and the gun went off. Who of the two is hurt?

Esther joined the circle of Sergio’s admirers. After Fe had told Sergio that she didn’t trust him because of all his evasive answers, he confessed that he had been at the hotel with a woman but it was strictly business.
When Fe demanded to know who the woman was, Sergio refused to divulge her name and begged her to trust him. Fe forgave him and he in turn presented her with a ring and proposed. She said yes.
Fe called Gloria to her home to tell her the news. When Gloria saw Sergio she drove off with no explanation and Fe wondered why. Sergio however didn’t see her. Gloria came back later to see Fe. She got angry when Fe told her about their engagement and she warned Fe not to trust Sergio blindly.
It turned out that Erasmo Griman was the swindler who had sold Chan the house. Chan found him outside his house and confronted him. Erasmo denied everything and ran away from him. When Chan went back to the house and told them that he had just met the man who swindled him, Elias and Sergio suspected that it was their father. Sergio later confronted his father about the house deal but he denied everything. For how long will Erasmo continue to hide?

In order to keep Luisa Fernanda from Carlos Eduardo, Pedro asked Alfredo to keep him from his daughter. But Alfredo is also in love with Luisa Fernanda. Carlos Eduardo told Luisa Fernanda that Alfredo is interested in her but she didn’t want to listen. He told her that he would leave her alone if she said she didn’t love him anymore. He kissed her and Juakina caught them. Juakina was angry and asked Carlos Eduardo to leave.
Consuelo manipulated her father into signing the new Will. She however cannot get any money from her father’s estate until the Don dies. Meanwhile, the Don is still taking the wrong pills and Carlos Eduardo wonders why the medicine isn’t working?
Luis Alejandro was humiliated when he tried to purchase some new clothes and found out that Marissa had cancelled all his credit cards. She also evicted him from his office. He went to Carlos Eduardo’s office and accused him of inciting Marissa. Carlos Eduardo punched him and Luis Alejandro pulled out a gun and aimed at him. Will Luis Alejandro shoot him?
Luisa Fernanda decided to drop out of University to work so she could get money to pay for Pedro’s medical bills. When Vanessa told Don Alcantara about Luisa Fernanda, he agreed to hire her as his caretaker. Will he recognise Luisa Fernanda as his grand daughter?
