The catering was this time not done by Kampala Sheraton Hotel. The new guys, Spectrum Restaurant of La Bonita Theatre had good food. But their staff were a pain.
Orders would take ages to be delivered and in some cases, staff disappeared with order coupons and never returned. Others had problems communicating in English.
