ANSWER: I will cross the river when I get there. I had no manifesto, I stood on the NRM ticket. I never made any promises and I am executing the NRM manifesto.
When will Bunyaruguru
become a district?
- MP Gaudensio Tindamanyire, you promised us that Bunyaruguru would become a district. How far have you gone?

ANSER: I have never made such a promise, it is residents who requested. I took the request to the district. It’s now with the ministry and we are waiting for a reply.
Rukundo, we need power
- Kabale Municipality MP Serapio Rukundo, what are you doing about the lack of electricity in the area?

ANSWER: It is not true that the entire Kabale Municipality has no power. It is only some parts like Rusaki. I had applied for a transformer to connect Rusaki but its taking too long. I am now considering the option of getting power through Mwanjari where we do not need a transformer, but just an extension. I will ensure that the whole of Kabale gets power.
