She was sentenced to three years probation, 480 hours of community service and ordered to pay a 10,000-dollar fine (sh17.5m).

"Will and Grace" TV show actress Shelley Morrison was on June 4, 2003 convicted of shoplifting jewellry worth $446 (sh780,500) from a departmental store in Los Angeles. She was sentenced to one year's probation and a fine of 300 dollars (sh525,000) and forced to keep away from the store.
