Local businessman Frank Gashumba, widely known for his guardianship of Aisha Nabukeera, the girl allegedly burnt by a dress doused in fuel by her stepmother, is a man of many talents.
The latest we have heard is that Gashumba has sought the intervention of a group of Italian investors after he failed to complete a sh1.5b house he was constructing atop Bunga hill in Kampala.
Apparently, Gashumba has agreed with the Italian businessmen to inject the monies required and complete the structure so that they can turn it into a hotel.
Our guess is that they will pay themselves off and return the property to him.
