NEW Mbale Heroes coach Jimmy Muguwa, has warned club officials and fans not to interfere in his work if the club performance is to rise.

Muguwa, who has been handling Nakawa’s first division side Naguru, said that he was happy to be appointed but added that some of the problems that coaches face are the officials and fans interfering with their work.

“I don’t mean that I should not be advised. Football is all about teamwork, but some time fans and officials over advise. We should work together and raise the standards of the team,” said Muguwa.

About raising the team’s performance, he said he will need time to assess the players available to him.
