Are you a winner in the Christmas quiz?

RESULTS of last year’s Christmas Quiz and Christmas Jumbo Puzzle competitions are out. Unlike the previous competition, this time many more children participated. A total of 220 entries were received.

RESULTS of last year’s Christmas Quiz and Christmas Jumbo Puzzle competitions are out. Unlike the previous competition, this time many more children participated. A total of 220 entries were received.

One hundred (100) entries were sent in for the Christmas quiz. However, no one got all answers right. But there were ten people with the highest number of correct answers. A raffle draw was done and Deborah Kiconco from Green Hill Academy emerged the winner of the quiz and she wins a children’s computer. Emmanuel Aryono from St Jude Nakasongola came second and Aisha Ayeebale from Kabalega Primary School, Masindi was he third.

One hundred twenty (120) Jumbo Puzzle entries were received. Only 10 children had the right answers. But because we needed only three winners and a draw was done.

Gloria Nanono of St Noah Mawagali Primary School was the first. She wins a Ludo board game. The second was Rachael Kemigisha from Green Hill Academy and the third was Henry Kasiye from Ndejje School.

All winners are invited to a prize-giving ceremony on January 30.

Please come with your identity card or a letter from your school and last term’s report. Prizes will be given out at The New Vision head offices in Industrial area.

If you did not win this time, do not feel sad because The New Vision will hold other competitions this year.
