THE newly-elected Apac LC5 chairman, Nicholas Opio-Bunga, has reshuffled the cabinet.
Bunga threw out Charles Ogang the education secretary and Tom Okwir-Angol, who was in charge of works, replacing them with Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) diehards, Bob Okae and Odongo Asante respectively.
The new executive comprises Betty Nam, the vice-chairperson and secretary for youth and disability affairs and Robert Oming-Ajuru, the secretary for finance.
Bunga a UPC member, became chairman in a by-election last month, after Okello-Engola, an NRM party diehard, resigned the seat to contest in the newly-created Oyam district.
