DANCE FESTIVAL AT THE NATIONAL THEATRE
The annual Contemporary Dance Festival organised by Alliance Francaise will take place at the National Theatre this weekend, starting at 6:30pm, daily. The show will feature famous groups like Yole Africa from DRC, Kunja from Kenya and Mionzi Dance Theatre of Tanzania. Others are Footsteps, Keiga Dance Company, Kombat Dancers and special guest performer Ariry Andriamoratsiresy from Madagascar. Entry is free.

EAGLES PRODUCTION AT BAT VALLEY
Eagles Production artistes and Afri Talent comedians will feature in a new musical drama production, titled, ‘Embeteza,’ at Bat Valley Theatre on Saturday and Sunday. Do not miss Mariam Ndagire, Mesach Ssemakula, Geoffrey Lutaaya, Patricko Mujuuka and Abbey Mukiibi. Shows will start at 2:00pm.

ARTISTES FOR BOXING TOURNAMENT
Local artistes will perform at the closure of the National Amateur Boxing Tournament at Lugogo Indoor Stadium on Sunday. Do not miss Mesach Ssemakula, Geoffrey Lutaaya, Ronald Mayinja and the Obsessions. The musical performance will start at 2:00pm.

Prominent artistes will perform at the Miss and Mister KIU beauty contest at Didi’s World Theatre, tonight. Do not miss Sweet Kid, Peter Miles, Jose Chameleone, Maisha Dancers and the Amarula Family Comedians. Action starts at 6:00pm.

GOSPEL ARTISTES AT CHRISTIAN LIFE CHURCH
Gospel crooners will perform during a one-month special revival crusade at Christian Life Church, Bwaise this month. The crusade will be at 5:00pm daily.

ANGLICAN FLAMES TO HOLD ANNIVERSARY
The 20th anniversary celebration week of the Anglican Flames, a gospel musical group at All Saints’ Cathedral, Nakasero, will begin with a musical performance at the Cathedral on Sunday. Go and support their music ministry.

KISAAKYE IN CONCERT AT PRIDE AFRIQUE
Singer Harriet Kisaakye of the ‘Ki-Nigeria’ fame will stage a musical concert at Pride Afrique Corner, Namirembe Road tonight. The show, dubbed ‘Ekimafia’, will feature other sensational crooners.
