Ekanya, deal with Tororo first

But we are disappointed in him for ignoring the den of thieves in Malaba town council, his own constituency. The level of corruption among the administrators is bogging down development. The likelihood of giving the Itesot a district is minimised by these events.
Nagongera town council, which got its status recently, is making good progress. We are sorry for the patriotic Itesot who devoured a rat demanding district status in Tororo County.
They are being overshadowed by greedy individuals at the town council. Please Hon. Ekanya, sort out this mess so that Tororo County has legitimacy and integrity to get district status.
