URA, clarify on motor vehicle policy

Vehicles with undisputed ownership and genuine licences were issued with yellow URA validation stickers. For some vehicles, the validation stickers are now competing for windscreen space with licence and third party insurance stickers.
The clutter could also blur vision and expose motorists to danger but URA has not clarified how long we must keep them.
