SIR — I wonder why Miria Obote wants the International Criminal Court to investigate the Mukura and Kanungu massacres without first investigating the killings of innocent people when her husband Milton Obote attacked Mengo palace in 1966 or the killings of the students of St Mary’s Kisubi.
