This advice was given on Thursday by Phillippe Daniel, the vice president of Camp Dresser & Mckee, Walnut Creek, the renown business chains based in California, the US.
Daniel was the guest speaker at the AMF/ACLAIM executive breakfast for chief executive officers and business leaders at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
Expounding on the topic: “Leadership, Character and Decision,†Daniel said there is no short cut to cutting a niche in the leadership field but adopting the simple logic of simplicity.
