WBS did not edit the episodes in the movie

SIR — I would like to address the issues raised by Justine Akol in her letter entitled “WBS should take a leaf from ITV and NTV†on March 23. She raised two issues:
SIR — I would like to address the issues raised by Justine Akol in her letter entitled “WBS should take a leaf from ITV and NTV†on March 23. She raised two issues:
-That WBS TV edited woman of my life to 137 episodes.
-That WBS edited Larevancha to 43 minutes instead of one hour.
It is not true that we aired only 137 episodes. we aired all the 150 episodes.
TV programmes are signed for in seasons! There is no way we could commit for a season of 150 episodes and air only 137. We would be cheating ourselves.
Secondly, those familiar with TV production, know that a 60-minute production allows for 15 minutes of commercials, openers, etc so the actual content is approximately 45 minutes.
