BUDDO SS made a formidable start to their Coca Cola schools Cup campaign yesterday with a 5-1 humiliation of St Gerald SS Nakibale.
Kenneth Mudumba opened the flood gates with a 10th minute stunning opener as the Wakiso-based outfit tore apart St.Gerald.
Iddi Babu, Julius Mbuga, Hassan Ndugga and Kintu Segawa notched the others as Buddo took a comfortable lead in Group B.
In Group H, arguably the event’s group of death, Bishop McLister and Old Kampala SS played out a breathtaking goalless draw.
The tournament’s kickoff was delayed by the screening of the players’ documents. Kawempe Muslim were thrown out.
