AS the world comes to terms with the untimely demise of Prince Brigadier Noble Mayombo, on behalf of His Majesty Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi iv, the government of Toro Kingdom and on my own behalf, I would like to express our profound shock at the passing of a gallant, obedient, dedicated and brilliant son of Toro.

Prince Mayombo has died at a time when he had just started to blossom in his career and efforts towards the betterment of society and Toro Kingdom.

Though his demise is a great tragedy and loss to the Kingdom, Uganda and his family in particular, I call upon all the people of Toro, Uganda and all those who knew him to join me in celebrating the life of a young and dynamic brain whose service pedigree must be a challenge to all of us in leadership.

I ask all to join me in conveying our sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family of the Rev Canon Amooti James Rabwoni, President Yoweri Museveni and the UPDF.

May his soul rest I eternal peace.

Stephen Irumba.
Prime Minister Toro Kingdom
