Celtel rewards Challenge quiz winners

CELTEL has rewarded 15 winners in the ongoing “Celtel Africa Challenge” (CAC) home viewer games for April. CAC is an academic television quiz for students from 16 universities in East Africa participating.

CELTEL has rewarded 15 winners in the ongoing “Celtel Africa Challenge” (CAC) home viewer games for April. CAC is an academic television quiz for students from 16 universities in East Africa participating.

The programme was inaugurated in March.

The winning university will receive sh88m in grants while each member of the winning teams pocket sh1.8m.
The prizes included three mobile phones worth sh3m, MP3 players, rack sacs, water bottles and jerseys.

Justina Ntagboba, the publicist handed over the prizes to the winners on Wednesday in Kampala.

“CAC is more than just academic television quiz, it is about having fun, testing your knowledge, getting to know the talent we have in East Africa and for the students; it’s an opportunity to demonstrate their talent amongst peers,” she said.
