SIR — It is a shame that after disorganising the pupils of Shimoni Demonstration School and the students of Shimoni Teachers college in indecent haste, the place is now a den of thieves in the city centre! What happened to the Saudi billionaire who was supposed to build a hotel there?

It is a shame that Ugandans can be fooled in such a manner! The place should be guarded immediately it gets dark because it has become a haven for criminals!
