We will gladly look into the matter and see why this payment is not reflected on the bills. The list of debtors that was published in the media recently should not be seen as harsh by Umeme as the writer alludes as all earlier administrative attempts to obtain payments from those customers have failed.

Umeme makes every attempt to collect payments for energy consumed in order to run the business efficiently and to the satisfaction of all our customers.
