Men, youth and people with disabilities (PWDs) have shunned the National Agriculture Advisory Services (NAADS) programme. The district vice-chairman, Benon Karyaija, said men had failed to engage in income-generating projects compared to women whom he said had started several income avenues like roasting meat in the trading centre. Karyaija was addressing reproductive health workers at Kabwohe town council on Saturday.
