Can other MPs also wear army fatigues?

After the NRM retreat, will the MPs retain their army uniforms or will they be returned to wherever they came from? If they retain them, will they not be arrested by Police prosecuted in the event of a major swoop searching for militaryware like has happened before? What is the objective of MPs donning military uniform in a retreat?
Lastly, are other parties also allowed to wear military uniform should they have their retreat in future or it is a preserve of the ruling party? I am an NRM supporter and member and I have asked these questions in good faith. For God and my Country.
