EDITOR— I am a parent of one of the students at Fort portal school of clinical officers which is a government institution. The school has decided to increase the fees for both government and private student beginning with next academic year as follows: fees sh450,000, field work, sh100,000, examination fees, sh100,000, computer sh50,000 and practicals sh50,000.
