LIRA-THE Uganda Peoples’ Congress (UPC) will hold a rally at the Coronation Park on Saturday. Mike Ogwal, the party spokesman for the Lango sub-region, on Tuesday said the rally, to be addressed by party president Miria Kalule Obote, would reconcile its members in the region. Jimmy Akena, the area MP and party supporters last week cleaned the town in preparation for the event.
