EDITOR—I recently visited trueafrican.co.ug and decided to request for one of their highly praised ringtones. Each request made to 197 costs sh220. Shortly afterwards, I received a message telling me how the ringtone requested was unavailable.

This time round, I tried my best to be as careful as possible in my selection. The same thing happened! Sincerely, is this a very courteous way of relating to customers?
