PREPARATIONS for the Commonwealth Games will be among the top items to be discussed when Uganda Olympic Committee affiliates meet at the general assembly today.
The assembly, the first after last year’s election is set for Grand Imperial Hotel starting at 9am.
Though the usual agenda which include the chairman speech, executive and treasurer’s report will be followed, the issue of were they are going to get the funds, uniforms and code of conduct for the team to Melbourne, Australia is expected to be raised during the time for any other business.
Uganda will send more than 80 athletes for the games to run between March 15-26.
