KAMPALA — Mayoral candidate John Kulubya Ssenseko (above) was on Tuesday forced to leave the comfort of his vehicle by slum dwellers in Makindye, who wanted him to see the deplorable conditions they live in. Concerns were raised after Kulubya waved from his open-roof Mercedes Benz to a big crowd, which had gathered at the roadside during his campaign trail in Makindye division on Tuesday.
