Mbidde, standing on the DP ticket, said in an interview at Hotel Africana yesterday, “As journalists you must also sieve the information you get from candidates. Don’t publish all the lies they promise.”

Dirty roads
KAMPALA — There is urgent need to remove soil off city roads and improve upon the road network, mayoral aspirant Peter Sematimba has said. “The soil on the streets of Kampala is devastating. In fact it shouldn’t shock anyone when beans and other crops start growing on them,” Sematimba told kamwokya vendors on Wednesday.
