SIR — We are deeply worried at the steps being taken by the cult of Bambi Baaba Mugonza to establish the Kagera Eco-Cities Ltd.
SIR — We are deeply worried at the steps being taken by the cult of Bambi Baaba Mugonza to establish the Kagera Eco-Cities Ltd.
This is a very dangerous development especially in light of the the recent Kibwetere Kanungu massacre. The serulanda spiritual Foundation is listed as a cult on many websites.
Bambi Baaba Mugonza ran away into exile after police began investigating him for exhuming dead bodies for his demented purposes. It is therefore very suspect that Kagera Eco cities which is linked to this cult should be given licence to operate as a separate “government†in Rakai.
