ABBEY Ariong will be seeking for re-election when the Uganda Darts Association (UDA) general assembly convenes today. The meeting that sits at Makerere Guild Canteen will decide whether to give a second term for Ariong who took over from Gordon Bamutura. The meet will discuss amendments to the constitution.

Coaches call
UGANDA Football Coaches Association has asked all super league coaches to register. In a meeting of the coaches, super league club managers and secretaries at FUFA house, it was decided that coaches pay a registration fee of sh30000 and be issued with identification cards signed by coaches chairman and FUFA president, renewable after every four years.

Cup preps on
LOCAL netball federation has started preparations for the netball Africa Cup of Nations. The highly priced first edition of the tournament on the African continent is scheduled for August in Namibia. Netball was drafted into the All Africa games at the East Africa Netball council meeting in Nairobi last year.
