Vision rewards quiz winners
THE New Vision on Friday handed over prizes to six winners of the Christmas Jumbo crossword puzzle and quiz.

THE New Vision on Friday handed over prizes to six winners of the Christmas Jumbo crossword puzzle and quiz.
A total of 107 entries for the end of year quiz were submitted. The quiz and the Jumbo puzzle are organised every year.
News Editor John Kakande and Chief Sub-Editor Ben Opolot handed over the prizes to the winners at the company’s headquarters.
Kakande commended the winners for participating in the draw and encouraged them to read the paper more because it entertains and educates.
“I commend you for being the winners and getting the prizes because we received a lot of entries. But this also indicates that we have constant readers throughout the country,†he said.
Experito Mulindwa, a cashier at club diplomate, emerged the best in the quiz with 49 marks out of 50. He received sh100,000.
Joel Lutwama of Mubende got sh75,000, Ramathan Ali sh50,000 , while Michael Lubaale of Iganga got sh40,000.
There were no correct entries for the Jumbo puzzle. However, Francis Musisi Kizito emerged the winner because he had only one answer wrong. He received sh100,000.
