Uganda put up her best batting performance at the U-19 World Cup, but it was not good enough to halt Nepal yesterday.

Chasing 192-9, a fine first wicket stand of 54 by captain Hamza Saleh (23) and Arthur Kyobe (16) was put to waste, as the rest of the team failed to stand against the Nepal spinners.

The Ugandans return home on Friday, hours after the Plate play-off semi-final against Scotland.
