KAMPALA — Speke Resort, Munyonyo will host the second African Dairy Conference and Exhibition from May 25 to 27. The event will bring together internationally renown speakers and dairy stakeholders, Frederick Osore, executive director of Eastern and Southern Africa Dairy Association said at a press conference at the Sheraton Hotel on Friday. He said there would be over 300 exhibitors.

KAMPALA — Sixteen Makerere University students including Gulu LC5 chairman Norbert Mao’s brother, Peter Oswald Ojara, have been nominated for the guild presidential race. Four of the candidates are Forum for Democratic Change supporters. University electoral commission chairman Robert Mugambwa said nominations took place on Wednesday and Thursday.
