Value culture, Ndorwa MP tells students

UGANDANS should value their culture and traditions which are the basis for innovation and economic development, Ndorwa West MP-elect David Bahati has said.
Presiding over a handover ceremony for Bakiga Students association (BASAMU) at ma-kerere University business School on Sunday, Bahati said moral values were important in all spheres of life like development, politics, education and business.
Bahati promised to support the cause of legislation in the Eighth Parliament to produce quality education with skilled and competitive students for the jobs worldwide.
He asked youth to form entrepreneur groups to enable them secure loans from the government and create jobs. .
BASAMU outgoing chairman Gerald kakima encouraged students to join cultural groups.
