SIR —I was very happy with the way the army spokesman Maj. Felix Kulaigye handled issues and himself last tuesday when he was hosted on CBS’s Kirizza Oba gaana programme. he was a very objective and articulate speaker. <br>

Felix Kulaigye handled issues and himself last tuesday when he was hosted on CBS’s Kirizza Oba gaana programme. he was a very objective and articulate speaker. he did not lose his temper when annoying callers asked incisive questions. even serious criticism from the host, Meddie Nsereko did not disorganise him. I personally do not approve of the many errors the army has committed but Kulaigye came out smart. I think Ofwono Opondo, Onapito Ekomoloit and the like should learn from him. he is really good.
