The Senior Priest and founder of the four Anglican churches in Kebisoni-Kyamakanda Anglican Archdeaconry, Erisa Kajebe, has died at the age of 102. He was buried at his ancestral home in Mabanga village, Kebisoni, Rukungiri district on Monday.
Speaking at the funeral, Rukungiri RDC Charles Byabakama, who represented the Government, urged the mourners to do things that keep their names remembered, like Kajebe did.

Fish loans

THE Government is to offer loans to fishermen on Kalangala islands, to boost their activities. The loans will be channelled through the Beach Management Unit, RDC Katenda Luutu said recently, urging the fishermen not to run away with the money, like they did in the past.
