HOLDERS Kibuli SS will move a step closer to a record ninth title if they overcome Oxford High School of Kawempe in the Coca-Cola national post-primary schools football championship today.

The Makindye champions, who finished second in their group behind Kasawo SS, need to raise their game if they are to make it to the quarter-finals.

A win for Kibuli today sets them up on a coalition path with either Masaka SS or Tawheed Academy of Mayuge in the quarter finals tomorrow.

Kibuli coach Abdalah Mubiru was confident yesterday. “At this stage we are ready for any team,” he said.
