FUFA’S competitions committee on Wednesday effected all the mid-season transfers, but warned that no registration of players will be done before all the dues regarding the exercise are paid.

“All the dues, including the transfer fees for the players, have to be paid before registration. If clubs fail to pay, then the registration won’t be effected. The club that he had intended to join will have to pay a fine as stipulated in the rules,” said Engineer Moses Magogo, chairman competitions committee.

Magogo also clarified that they were yet to dispose of two cases involving Villa players Ronald Muganga and David Mayombwe.

The committee banned three players for double registration. These included Brian Bwete ((Kisanja FC and CRO Mbale), Pele Lwanga (KB Lions and Naguru) and Mike Ssenkumi (Super Cubs and Total Africa).

Meanwhile, Masaka got three points and two goals for the aborted Super Cubs league tie at Wankulukuku.
