GULU — Acholi leaders have hailed President yoweri Museveni for appointing three former Acholi district chairpersons as resident district commissioners. The leaders were attending a three-day Acholi leadership retreat organised by Acholi MPs at hotel Pearl Afrique on Sunday. museveni recently named former Gulu district chairman Walter Ochora as RDC, Nahaman Ojwee for Kitgum and Edwin Komakech for Masindi.
