ENTEBBE — Urgent measures must be put in place to address the high HIV/AIDS prevalence in Entebbe, mayor Stephen Kabuye said on Friday. He was launching the Entebbe Municipal AIDS Task Force at Golf View Inn. The HIV/AIDS prevalence is 13%, against the national rate of 10.9% in urban centers.
