QUESTION: Why did you change from Swan Air Safari to Carlson Wagonlit?
ANSWER: In March 2002, Swan Air was appointed the Carlson Wagonlit travel representative in Uganda, growing it into one of the leading travel agencies. Carlson Wagonlit has strengthened Swan Air market’s position in Uganda. We proudly want to be referred to as Carlson Wargonlit Travel Agency.
Which new packages did you unveil?
We are making a fresh commitment to continue offering unrivalled services synonymous with the Carlson Wagonlit international brand name.
We have professionally-trained staff to serve clients with maximum dedication in addition to a 24-hour helpline and travel insurance aimed at creating hassle-free travelling.

How different are these services from those of other operators?
