The Katikkiro of Buganda, Daniel Muliika, has assured the Baganda that the central government will soon hand over Masaka Technical Institute to the kingdom. Muliika said President Yoweri Museveni wants the buildings rehabilitated before handing them over. Muliika was speaking at the Royal Arts Shield Festival at Old Kampala Secondary School on Saturday.
