KABAROLE: Court sits
Due to the urgency of the Kyenjojo district chairperson election petition, Justice Augustus Kania of the High Court in Fort Portal was forced to sit on Saturday. The official days for court to conduct business are Monday to Friday. Former Kyenjojo LC5 candidate James Byamukama filed the petition after he was trounced by NRM’s William Kaija. He cited election malpractices. The case was adjourned until tomorrow.
