I am a registered student but I lost my original registration card during the time of examinations. We pay sh3.055m for the course. I challenged Makerere to check my name on the list of registered students, but I was surprised to learn that there was no list of registered students!
I had copies of my receipts, old identity card and financial statement, but they still refused to issue me a card. There are many computers but it seems they are not networked! Why charge all this huge amount and fail to offer a good service?
Getting a degree transcript took me six months. Why bother students to carry original documents?
