* UGANDA will take on Kenya in a series of international friendlies next month without prolific bowler Kenneth Kamyuka, who has been dropped, after he missed the team’s trial matches and training.

Kamyuka, 24, has little time for cricket and spends most of his time doing business in South Sudan. “I wrote to the chairman selection committee requesting for specific days for training but my letter was neglected. I had no option but work for a better living,” Kamyuka said.

Kamyuka has been replaced by Mark Taremwa a.k.a Ntini.

“Kamyuka no longer has time for national duty and the earlier we look at committed youngsters the better for the future,” Robert Kisubi, the chairman selection committee remarked yesterday.

Junior Kwebiiha, Henry Sebulime and Nicholas Kebba were also not considered.
