A MAMMOTH crowd is expected today to witness Bugerere and Kkoki tussle out in the Peacock sponsored Masaza Cup final at Nakivubo stadium. The two teams are making their maiden final appearance in the competition.

Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II will grace the prestigious occasion, where all ministers, MPs and other diginitaries from Buganda have been invited.

The 2004 winners and last year’s runners-up Gomba will feature in a third place play-off against Buluuli, this year’s surprise package.

Kkooki could end up having a double celebration if both of their teams win. The women team will also feature in the netball final, tussling with holders Busiro.

Express FC youthful midfielder Paul Kibande will lead the Bugerere side in attack with Sakira Ssebalu expected to give a hand. Kkooki will have to rely on their prolific scorer Tom Ssentongo who has so far netted crucial goals in the campaign.

On top of medals for the top three, all the four teams will each receive a bull.
